Hello everyone and a Happy New Year to each and everyone of you!! We are back in England after our little Holiday to Egypt and my first job of 2007 is to introduce you to our little traveling companion Eddie. Eddie is a bear who belongs to a very good friend of ours from Liverpool where he and Eddie live. Eddie has never had a holiday in his life and so he asked could he come with us. How could we refuse such a sweet guy?

This is Eddie enjoying his pre-flight breakfast at Manchester Airport. Apparently Eddie usually has Jammy Toast for his Breakfast but he was a little nervous before the flight and so decided to enjoy a full English Breakfast with a Large Latte Coffee for good measure! Once underway, however, Eddie soon settled down for a nice little nap on the plane and his nerves seemed calmed.

As Eddie settled in to the Hotel other guests came to say hello and many an evening the Bar was filled with Eddie’s furry little friends.

Christmas Eve was Gala Dinner night and Eddie was all excited at the prospect of meeting Father Christmas (we recognised you under that beard tutu, but we never let on to Eddie!!) and going to watch the Belly Dancer in the Nightclub.

Eddie’s favourite times though were around the pool and on the beach where he could relax and leave the busy day-to-day worries behind him.
